Works Great!
This is a great tool if you are having problems seeing well enough to thread the fishing line in the hook. The hook threading feature works very well.

Makes tying on flies a breeze. The smallest flies can be threaded, where as before I couldn't see the eye let alone thread it. Tying a clinch is super fast and easy. Tying a nail knot is a breeze. Nominally a waste of time and money.
I'm 73 and have essential tremors and this is a bit of a waste of time. I did like the ability to tie a leader to the end of a fly line but those tools can be bought for less than $5. One still needs dexterity of the fingers to use this tool to tie knots, and I find it just as hard to use this tool as I do tying knots un-aided.Lire l'avis complet...

Help for old eyes!
This tool has made threading the eye of my smaller flies a pure joy. Now I don't have to stop and put on my reading glasses, just put the eye of the fly in the magnetized slot, slide the line in the groove, and that's all there is to it. Super product!Lire l'avis complet...

Very nice tool to have but I have seen the all metal on I'd liked better for quality reason only, and that's not saying this would fall apart by no means. Just my preference.
