This is Fannie Flagg's third trip to Elmwood Spring MO and what a thoroughly enjoyable trip it is. Jam packed full of quirky characters, just like you'll find in every small town across America, you can't help but become emotionally invested in their lives. Aunt Elner is a priceless gem and I am proud to know someone very much like her in real life.
