    SenseofSerengeti is a small shop based in Zimbabwe. We are a group of 5 women who are mothers, sisters, aunties and above all basket weavers. It is weaving that brought our parents and those before them together. We weave Binga or Tonga Baskets. These are used as a type of African Wall Baskets to create a boho look. We also weave garlic gourd baskets that are used as vases. The gourd vases can be displayed with or without flowers. A purchase by you directly supports the artisan who would have made the baskets without going through a chain of middlemen. As a shop we also support rural children in Zimbabwe with school shoes.
