But I do not think it’s an issue on seller’s side. I placed the order on DEC-01, seller shipped it on DEC-02 (together with tracking). Expected delivery date was until DEC-17. Tracking didn’t work properly from day 1. As order was still not delivered on DEC-19, I requested refund, which was processed on DEC-20. No questions asked.
