Monster Hutch was founded in 2006 to help bring together all of the owners’ favorite sporting activities, whether it be: snowboarding, skateboarding, and Motocross. We are based out of the Columbia Gorge, Oregon. Well known for its recreational opportunities. Monster Hutch is a work in progress... always changing and evolving w/ the times and sports themselves. Monster Hutch is not only about making these products available to one and all, its main goal is to help promote a healthy, active lifestyle!
The products that you will find on our website are all top of the line and innovators in their own right. We back all of the products quality. We not only sell them, but we use all of them as well. Our main goal as a online retail store, is to provide you w/ an enjoyable experience, and to provide you w/ the equipment that you need.     The item was not the item I purchased. I contacted the seller and sent photos for proof. They responded immediately, apologized for the mixup, and that they were going to make it right by sending the correct one free of charge - as well as allowing me to keep the incorrect one. Very appreciative for the communication and desire to get me the item I purchased. Thank you!

    Order was placed and paid for on 12/23/2024. Received USPS tracking number and notification that a shipping label had supposedly been created on 12/27/2024. Sometime after that my hat disappeared into the netherworld of the lost holiday season parcel ozone or something to that effect anyway aka I never received it which was extremely disappointing but the seller did issue me a full refund so my overall experience with this whole trip was neutral. Maybe I'll have better luck ordering on Amazon?
