(In this case the items I purchased didn't clean up quite as well as I hoped, but that was a deliberate gamble I took and is 100% on me.)

Seller communication was excellent and very responsible, they contacted me to say that the banjo bolt was missing. This resulted in some negotiation over what I wanted and a price adjustment which worked out very well, I think for both of us. Item shipped quickly, arrived well packed and in good condition. Now fitted to the car and looks much better.
