    Beautiful piece of memorabilia - exactly as described, good condition, well packaged to prevent any damage in shipping. No additional shipping cost which was a plus. Seller communication excellent and item shipped immediately.

    Contacted ebay for refund after item not delivered; seller immediately responded and said would send item immediately; item arrived with note saying seller could not find two of the records described as part of collection, instead included 4 replacement LPs; 2 of the LPs were duplicates, but that was convenient, because one of them turned out to have a bad surface blemish. Reasonably happy with what I eventually got but I regularly make ebay transactions that are simpler than this one

    I ordered this item and received shipping information and a tracking number so I assumed everything was in order. When it didn't arrive by the date, I checked and the post office had never received the package. I wrote to the seller and THEN he told me that he couldn't actually find the item. He processed a refund, but I'm now two weeks later having to rush to find the same thing for a present. I am disappointed that I never received any proactive communication.
