    Good communication and speedy shipping. Only downside is the blazer I bought had a very visibly used (and pretty gross) disposable mask crumpled up in one of the pockets… I get that it’s used but it should’ve been packaged/cleaned better. Otherwise good value and the item was exactly as described.

    They accidentally sent me the wrong jacket - hey, it can happen to anyone - but when I reached out to them they responded immediately and made things right. They sent me a label to return my incorrect jacket (it was the same kind but just slightly different from the one they sent). And the minute they got that back they resent me the right one. Beyond that, the jacket was exactly as promised and the overall experience was really positive. I will definitely shop with them in the future, Liam

    The jacket was packaged well and exactly as described - and an excellent price. Shipping costs were reasonable for priority USPS. It didn't ship for 5 days, but that didn't really matter since priority USPS was so fast.
