    I was initially skeptical about purchasing from eBay, but this seller completely exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly responsive, patiently answering all my questions before the purchase. Not only that, but they shipped the item expedited to ensure it arrived in time for my deadline. The NES was exactly as described and in perfect working order. One of the games did experience a freezing issue, but the seller resolved it within 20 minutes of me reaching out—truly outstanding service

    Outstanding quality seller. This man went through all the trouble of calling the postal service himself to file a missing package claim. When an item is missing, usually the buyer is stuck on the phone with the postal service for hours. On top of that the seller talked to me directly over the phone to help me figure out where the item was, when it was there, estimated arrival time. All of that and the above the man did for me.
