    The first one received was black not the white I ordered. I contacted the seller, they immediately sent me a shipping tag. As soon as I showed the incorrect one was shipped they sent me tracking on the correct one. SUPER communication and very good shipping. Both were well packaged, both arrived in prestige condition. Honest and very good seller !!

    Product arrived intact and was packaged very well considering it was fragile. The only annoying thing is I had to physically go to post office to pick up item as not enough postage was paid from seller . Item was packaged in priority box but only ground shipping postage was paid. I paid the difference and the seller reimbursed me the amount without hesitation. Much appreciated. I recommend this seller. They are honest and if you have any problems are very responsive & will make it right.

    "Great find" ! I've been looking for this and considered two other options. This one looked most promising when I got it. It was even better, than the picture! Plus, the extra detail in the packaging made it perfect. Seller was very responsive and was a pleasure to do business with him. Good price 100% satisfied and super fast shipping.

    I receive my mail in a small box. I received 2 notices (from different companies) earlier that day that 2 packages where going to be delivered. As neither one of them was at my front door, I knew that both had been placed in my mailbox. I was already upset thinking that my ink cartridges were going to be damaged. My ink cartridges were well packaged and not damaged. While I have not used the ink cartridges yet, I am confident that I will have no issue with them. Price is very competitive.

    I placed the order without updating my address. I was concerned when they denied my cancel request and told me they would update the shipping address without cancellation and re order. The shipping label must have auto printed and it never updated the tracking information on my end. Everything was fine, but I was in total doubt until I actually pulled it out my mailbox. Transaction was fine, but I was kind of dhick head about it given the tracking confusion. Apologies guys.
