  Received a white version of the machine. The cosmetic condition is very bad (heavily used with scratches all over remote and bottom of fan. Packaging was also horrible with barely any protection / seal (They ship directly with the refurbished dyson brown box) with just three pieces of tape sealing the box. Overall I am very disappointed in Dyson's refurbished outlet on eBay. Poor customer service, and worst shipping and handling of products.

  Received dirty hair dryer with thick layer of dust, bag for accessories was missing. I contacted Dyson outlet and to initiate return after unpacking, as the condition doesn't match the one promised (cleaned and sanitized). Unfortunately, I made mistake: I cancelled return to improve message. Ebay gives only one attempt. No Ebay no Dyson willing to communicate and resolve the issue. Dyson is ghosting me for 3 weeks already. Scam.

  The product arrived quickly, within just two days, which was great. However, two parts that were shown in the last image of the product description—specifically the hair screw tool and wand storage clip—were missing from the box. I reached out to the seller on eBay, but it's been 6 days and I haven’t received any response.

  The product was shipped well in time and it reached my address within 2 days. However, product description last image shows what is in the box, out of which 2 parts were missing. I contacted the seller on ebay yet no response after 3 business days. Parts Missing - Hair scew tool and wand storage clip.

  I received a vacuum with a broken particle sensor. I've been waiting 3 weeks for someone to contact me back. Horrible customer service! Every time I talk to anyone they tell me it'll tale 48-72 hours for verification. Nothing has been resolved!

  Horrible Customer Representative and poor communication. Sept 13- Order placed Made multiple attempts to connect with seller on shipping status. completely ignored with no communication until Oct 01 Oct 01- Seller claims order was cancelled due to mismatched info on my account. Pointed me to different directions for further support Oct 07- after multiple communications with seller, support that seller points me toI had to open a case with eBay Oct 11-Ebay stepped in and provided full refund.
