    Fantastic seller. I’ve placed several orders now and the seller consistently ships super fast, has great high-quality products, is fair with shipping costs, and all puppets and plush are brand new as described. I wasn’t sure how shipping from Germany to the U.S. would be, but with a little patience, everything arrives perfectly. Easy to track the shipment progress of your order too. Thank you and I appreciate getting to buy some hard-to-find Sigikid and Living Puppets that you can’t get in U.S.

    The company that makes this muppet doesn't deliver to the united states. I emailed this store and they were more than willing and helpful at buying it for me so I could buy it from them. Great customer service, price considering shipping from Germany. I would give them a higher rating than 5 stars if possible.

    These puppets are some of THE BEST on the market, & I was thrilled to be able to get this unicorn for my niece because it looks so unique & fun! The seller answered all of my questions with courtesy & very fast for the time difference! USPS messed up the packaging to the point they left an apology note on the parcel, but thankfully the puppet only got wet & only the tag was damaged; the seller was VERY courteous & extremely generous w/their partial refund. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER! A++++++

    Todo perfecto y muy rápido como siempre por parte del vendedor.No puedo decir lo mismo de la empresa DHL que gestiona los envíos de forma pésima. Dicen que intentan la entrega en el domicilio cuando no es verdad y al dejar el paquete 📦 en un punto de recogida alargan mucho la entrega del mismo. El peluche es precioso y ha llegado perfecto 👌. Vendedor muy recomendado. Vielen Dank.
