The seller help me to triage the problem gave a solution but I had to return the item. it likely was damaged in transit. Some parts of it were broken and definitely bad managed by the shipping company. He was responsable paid for the shipping and I got a full refund. We booth took the hit on fees and import taxes but that’s ok. I would buy again from this seller with a better shipping company.
