|Setting out to dwarf all previous installments in the Resident Evil franchise with enhanced gameplay and visual sophistication, Capcom billed Resident Evil 6 as the most feature rich of the survival horror games to date. It was released for the Xbox 360, as well as for the PlayStation 3 (PS3), in October 2012, then, as testament to its enduring appeal, was ported to the PC in 2013 and re-released in 2016 for the PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Xbox One. Resident Evil 6 for the Xbox 360 features favorite characters from previous Resident Evil video games such as Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield and Sherry Birkin, alongside a cast of new stars such as Jake Muller, Ada Wong and Derek C. Simmons. Thanks to its use of motion capture animations, the game is more lifelike than any before it, with a cinematic script and complex, engaging storyline consisting of three interwoven narrative threads. Players can choose either solo gameplay or co-operative mode (including online co-operative play) to tackle the three main campaign stories, each of which has two protagonists, along with the unlockable Ada Wong campaign. Leon S. Kennedy is accompanied by US government agent Helena Harper, for example, while Chris Redfield is accompanied by BSAA member Piers Nivans. When stories cross over and characters team up in greater numbers, up to four players can play co-op mode at once. Players upgrade characters as the game progresses, enhancing their attributes with increased firepower, faster reload speed, and greater health. Following Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil 6 has a third-person shooter perspective. Beyond the innovative new gameplay, Capcom have also upgraded the zombies in Resident Evil 6, giving them unprecedented powers of running and jumping at players, as well as wielding weapons. Other enemies in the game include the J’avo, whose bodies respond to damage by mutating the affected area, along with the various creatures that emerge from the Chrysalid stage of mutation. Set across a wide range of global locales, including North America, Eastern Europe and China, Resident Evil 6 has the visceral sense of biohazard disaster on a pandemic scale. Some other new additions are the ability to drive vehicles, ranging between motorbikes, cars and snowmobiles, at specific points of the game. Characters can shoot while moving in Resident Evil 6, a new control system that allows for evasive rolls and taking cover, while melee combat has also been significantly improved. In addition to the single player and co-operative campaign, Resident Evil 6 sees the return of the popular Mercenaries mode, a timed challenge to earn points by killing hordes of zombie enemies. The game also includes the Agent Hunt mode, which is unlocked after completion of the story mode. In Agent Hunt, players randomly control enemies in other human players’ games online. This Xbox 360 game includes voiceovers in a range of languages – English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian – and subtitles in Japanese, Russian, Polish, Brazilian, and Portuguese. It has a rating of M for mature gamers.|

Needed a game that does not ask for too much money and is enjoyable
Positives and Negatives This would have to be one game that is a "Must" to check into buying/renting. Well thought out and features 4 stories.(In order)Leon,Chris,Jake, and Ada, along with two game modes "Mercenaries" and "Agent Hunt"(Agent hunt is unlocked by beating one of the stories). Unlike most games today this game comes with both splitscreen and co-op online play. Multiplayer mode Agent hunt and simple unlocks that come with it.(Making your infected characters stronger). Gamers do get "A full package" Campagins, Multiplayer, Co-op story and online game modes, unlocks for specific game modes, and of course SPLIT SCREEN. NOTE(Capcom has stated that there or more game modes that were not put into the final version, may have to pay later). Try bying this game off ebay, pay less for a game that will have DLC later(Like most games). Issues: Game requires players to do awkward and very persistent action time sequences. If on 360 players may get killed because of the Silver Xbox button in action time sequences(Has happened to me more than once, hard to avoid). The constant action time sequences throughout the stories will most like damage your controller. Action: Action was interesting at best, but fails later and gets old fast. AI: Your team mate is slow and the game requires you(If playing alone) to trust the slow responding AI. AI is better at getting enemies attention then killing majority of the time. Personal Opinion into buying: This game is not worth $60, more like $30 to $40. The game does feel rushed, espicially for "Agent Hunt" and trying to do Co-op Mercenaries with a friend(Lag and sometime server drops). Player will feel a lot of frustration throughout the game, but the game does have its enjoyable moments.
It's very flawed, but it can also be very fun. I personally enjoyed it!
The product arrived fairly early and runs fine on my Xbox 360, even when I didn't install it. It came with both disks in darn good condition, however lacked the instructional manual. No biggie though, with the way manuals are nowadays....well, I already have enough toilet paper thank you. The game itself is okay honestly. It's not as bad as critics make it out to be in my opinion, but it's by no means an "excellently crafted game". It's dumb fun from beginning to end. The horror tossed out for the sake of scripted sequences that take control away from you, and force you to sit through some of the most painfully cheesy action moments that make any "Die Hard" film look believable. However when you actually do get to play, it's some of the best gameplay the Resident Evil series has to offer. It's just in a poorly done setting that waters down the necessities of the player to "run, then shoot, then pray you don't run out of ammo, then run some more and hope you shoot it dead". It works well, yes, for classic RE, but this isn't classic RE. Drop the weight that ties you and you shall soar Capcom. You don't want to make a horror game? Don't make it play like one. With 4 "exciting" campaigns stories to pick from playing Leon's story, Chris' story, Jake's story or Ada's story. Each story has two playable characters for co-op fun. You should know most of these characters by now if you're a fan (I'm assuming you are) so I'll just shortly summarize how I feel about each one. Leon's can feel slow and forced. Sort of like a badly dressed ghost at a cheap horror house. It's kind of depressing at times. I recommend beating it first to get it over with. Chris' can actually be more fun, but not by much. Feels like a cheaper Gears of War. Jake's story is the silliest, since you play as Wesker's son, and you can only imagine what he's capable of, but it's much shorter and actually benefits from that. Ada's story has to be the shortest, but wraps up the entire thing, and is mostly just amateur stealth sequences. You can run and gun most of the time, it's pretty pathetic. Jake's story is my personal favorite, since I liked both playable characters, and playing as Jake fist-fighting Nemesis's little brother was undeniably enjoyable....A guilty pleasure sounds more fitting to be frank. The Mercenaries mode and Agent Hunt mode are surprisingly quite fun and thankfully drop the awkward seriousness of the Campaign. Mercenaries is the same thing it's always been since the older RE games. You hunt down baddies and get a big wombo-combo going, all under a time limit. This time, with a friend, just like RE5. I personally always enjoyed it's franticness myself, it's an addicting little concept. Agent Hunt is just silly. It finally allows you to play as the baddies of the legendary horror series (hold your dry and sarcastic applause, please), in what has to be one of the most half-assed, yet still remains to be so much fun, rip-offs of Left 4 Dead yet. The human players try to complete one chapter and the zombies try to stop them from doing just that. Simple. Silly. But fun...when you can find someone without Infinite Ammo equipped that is. All in all, it's a wacky entry in the series. Hardcore fans looking for some scares will be displeased no doubt, but for this nice and cheap price (currently less than 20 bucks), it's not a bad deal. Put aside your inner-critic, and play it for what it is, and you just might find there's more to it than you think.
The game disc came in Excellent condition with no scratches and the case was also in good condition, but there is a "glitch" within the game I bought where not even 1/3 of my completion of the story mode and you reach a checkpoint in the game where it will not let you continue. That's my only complaint. I recently bought Assassins Creed 3 and it came in excellent condition, but it did the same thing where you reach a certain checkpoint in the game, but it doesn't let you continue. It's a "glitch". Although being reasonably low priced, I'm still dissatisfied with my money being spent on faulty products.

Hours of gameplay, action & atmosphere, beautiful graphics & controls.
This game is a blast to play. Story is a little weak at times, but the hours of gameplay over powers that. Lots of extra game modes are offered for download for even more hours & variety. Many give this game low score, but I highly enjoyed it. I've been a fan of the Resident Evil series since the 2nd game so I'm an old fan. It's action packed, but there are still good atmospheric moments & references to older games in the series are fun to spot.
I love this game as soon as I put it in I couldn’t stop playing it I had to stop though cuz I got hungry but I’m gonna continue to play some more thank you this is a great game Thank you and Merry Christmas
