Based on the animated television series from Corus Entertainment and Nelvana Limited, Medabots AX: Rokusho Ver. focuses on battles between Medabots, the pets of the Medafighters. Players construct and customize Medabots by mixing four "medaparts" (head, left and right arm, and leg) that come in both male and female components. Medaparts are weapons with variable rates of fire or recharging requirements and can be acquired by defeating opponents in battle. In addition to the four parts and frame that make up a Medabot, each pet receives a medal prior to combat, which improves performance by offering healing powers or an additional method of harming an enemy. Robattles consist of two fighters per side. Your Medabot is teamed with a computer-controlled partner, so mixing the right combination of weapons, parts, and medals is key to success. Considerations prior to battle include scouting the environment (factory, polar, seashore, lake, ruins, or forest) and the opponent's weapons, since every part has specific strengths and weaknesses. Medabots are rated in armor, power, speed, efficiency, and number of times a head-part can be used in battle. Medals grow more powerful as Medabots gain experience. To reach the ultimate goal of fighting in the World Robattle Tournament, you must defeat three opponents in each of the six environmental stages. In the tournament, you face off against 15 of the best robattlers in the world, but risk losing medaparts if you fail to win. The significant difference between the Rokusho and Metabee versions of Medabots AX centers on available medaparts, as some are exclusive to each version, though the majority are found in both. This version relates to the main character's Medabot Rokusho, which uses the medaforce of a special Stag Beetle Medal and prefers the Chanbara Sword and close range attacks over the long-range and fast-shooting weapons utilized by Metabee. |

Medabots AX: Rokusho Version for GBA
Great game!!!!! This game, is my very most favorite game. It has a wide variety of Medabots, good graphics and music. It could, however, include some REALLY good Medabots like Blak-Beetle and Blak-Stag. But best of all, the main Medals are cool in wich they can level-up and become stronger!!! Their are two versions, Rokusho and Metabee. Each with unique Meda-parts and Medals. The two main Medals are: Kabuto (only in Metabee), And Kuwagata (only in Rokusho). I have Rokusho and my sibling has Metabee. In my opinion, Rokusho is better. If your going to get one of the two, I suggest Rokusho. The Meda-parts and Medals are better, and Rokusho is cooler than Metabee. But Metabee has Kabuto. The strongest Medal in BOTH versions!!!!!!! The other cool thing about the games are they can be linked with a GBA Link Cable. So you can exchange parts, Medals, and Robattle head-to-head!!!!!! Overall, this game is the best GBA game I have ever played. A must have!!!!!!!!

Medabots AX: Rokusho
My brother got the medabee version of this game and so i thought i would get the rokusho which has a much better starter with good melee/grapple parts. the game play is simple but still a very challenging game. the battle are intense and can ed at any time. overall a good game.
