This is one of my favorite titles in the entire franchise, and one of the funniest films of all time. Disregard any reviews giving this film a bad name. Certainly, it is high, high camp and utterly silly, and this is one of it's marks of greatness. The plot involving the Seatopians is super funny, and many of the scenes are very colorful and psychedelic. The music is also spectacular in that 70's kind of way. Highly entertaining. Plus, this is the only other film from the Showa series featuring Gigan, a very gnarly and sometimes even disturbing monster. Besides Godzilla Vs. Gigan, the only other film Gigan appears in is Godzilla: Final Wars, a pretty good film in which Gigan is updated with saws for arms. A must see. The action scenes are indeed great. Some have criticized this film for utilizing stock footage. Well, I just watched the entire film, and while it does contain a fair amount, there is an absolute ton of original material, and plenty of original, trippy, weird, surreal, unusual and funny scenes and images to make this more than worthwhile. If you like this kind of thing. Personally it's more entertaining to me than much of the "entertainment" of today. Totally outrageous, preposterous and wonderful escapism. If you love the original Showa Godzilla series, and you don't have this one, get it now. It is simply wonderful, and I am thrilled to have it in what is now becoming close to the complete Godzilla collection.

I've grew up watching these monster videos and this DVD for years I have not been able too find. And now that I know I can get every video from here makes me happier than a pig in slop. Thank you E-Bay for making mind and my wife's life easier with getting hard to find movie's.

Another classic in the Godzilla movie saga! Whats not to like,these movies are all entertaining. Classic sci-fi with monsters,robots,spies,and classic (Kung Fu familiar voice overs)you gotta laugh,and who doesn't like laughing? All this plus Godzilla. Cool classic Godzilla movie! Scott in Detroit

Exactly How I Remembered It!
This movie would not win awards, but the dvd is exactly how I remembered it! My son collected Godzilla movies when he was younger. Now his collection is finished!
