Good graphics
Compelling gameplay
Good value
Fun for nostalgic purposes or if you like grinding
Ok so....this game is certainly not the best by any stretch of the imagination. They mess up canonical facts and you hit a point where the difficulty curve suddenly starts rocketing up the empire state building without letting you even fasten your seatbelt. The character models are halfway decent for an old ps1 game. Even if things that are supposed to be long and flowey, end up looking like hot dogs strung together. The backgrounds/overworld is great looking though! And you'll get pleeeenty of time to admire it as you go on fetch quests from Point A to Point B back to Point A to Point C. The menu screen takes some getting used to, and the ingame card game is uh....well it's certainly there. really this is only a game for people who really really love Digimon, or have played it when they were younger and want to revisit it. If you fall into either one of those categories, then great! You're gonna have a Good Time. Otherwise it's not something to get for you retro-gaming obsessed 10 yr old.

Woefully Dull
This is one of the worst RPGs I've ever played, and I've played bad, zero-budget indie RPGs. Where to start? The introductory scene takes forever and blabs on about irrelevant stuff. Once you finally get your Digimon after what feels like an eternity, you're just dumped into the game. This one seems to take a page from Pokemon, as there are 'gym leaders' but what you're supposed to do isn't made clear. NPCs are abysmally useless. Aside from the ones that run services like the inn and stores, you'll get nothing more valuable than "Hi! I'm from Australia!" If you're expecting to go around catching Digimon and becoming the Digimon and filling up some kind of Digi'dex, prepare to be sorely disappointed. There are only about 10 Digimon total that you can have, and you start out with 3, leaving only around 7 that you can get. And getting them isn't anywhere near as easy as throwing a poke'ball when you find them. You have a limited window of opportunity to find a guy who gives you the quest for getting them, then you have to go battle them. The whole game is an unfun grind-fest. So far, I've visited two cities and have no quests, and no plot. I was told to fight a 'gym leader' but he turned out to be in an area far too dangerous for my Digimon, despite hours of grinding. The difficulty curve can be rather jarring and steep. If you go somewhere the game doesn't want you to go, you'll be faced with immensely powerful enemies. And some of these routes attach to the beginning area. To make matters worse, I have nothing else to do while I grind, because I was given nothing else to do. Every battle has me spamming my Digimon's one and only special attack, because even at level 5, they've learned nothing new, attacking is pathetically weak, and there's no penalty for doing so. In fact, by using only special attacks, you're more likely to win a battle. Especially considering Digimon tend to have a very high amount of MP with very little cost per attack. I honestly remembered this game being more fun than it is. But with it's static, pre-rendered 3D backgrounds, lack of substance, and lack of direction, yet strict limitations to my ability to explore, I found this game seeming empty and boring very early on.

digimon world 3
this is the best game that ive ever played. i used to own a copy of it when i was younger, and getting it back made me the happiest person in the world. join one of three great teams of digimon as you rescue the digital world from the perril at hand. but it will be no easy task. first you must buy weapons for your monsters, then you must fight battles in order to make them stronger. this game has much to offer, including dna digivolve, name change feature, fishing, and much much more. definitely a great buy
Good game!
Pretty good game but can take awhile to level up digimon!
