Entertaining
Good product, needs experience to use correctly. Buy more than you think you will need. It takes lots of Blue Stuff to make a good cast.
It works, but it is difficult to get a good cast with it, this may be user error. It would be great if there was a video tutorial series on YouTube to watch made by Green Stuff World. Overall unless you are an experienced modeler, this product won't work for you. Nevertheless, I am committed to learning how to use it so I can save money on wargame materials.

Good for simple one piece molds
If you want to make simple one piece mold, this product is for you, for intricate 2 parts mold, not so much! I tried to make 2 parts molds for a 1/12 scale plastic gun (Marvel Legends) but since you have to press the putty inside on both sides, it is very difficult to get the same exact width as the original item. You get pretty thick flashing all around the cloned piece. Pushing the putty inside the molds cavities requires a lot of patience... You have to be extra quick to get a good mold as its sets within 3 minutes Don't expect to be productive and be prepared for some trial and erros Not good for resin casting because you cannot gate the parts for air distribution This is definitely not an alternative to liquid silicone and resin casting

Great material just a little difficult to work with
The only two draw backs I have for this is the high temperature where is melts and becomes mailable. It is also really hot to the touch so you have to endure the burning to mold it into what you want or need. I will be getting more blue stuff later on down the road.

AMAZING STUFF!
Blue Stuff is a model makers dream! EASY to use and more importantly easy to REUSE! I make molds of items for use in 1/12 scale miniature rooms and I ham now molding everything in sight! It works very well for molding items in plaster and in air dry clay. The material takes very detailed impressions especially for items in dollhouse scale. I was so impressed with the first small quantity I tried that I have since purchased much more as I prepare to make molds of architectural details. Likewise it will take a mold of even the most delicate item because when it hot and workable it is not really sticky thus leaving no residue behind on the original piece. Unlike other molding material...like silicone putty...Blue Stuff is completely reusable! I have already remolded the same pieces at least six times with no breakdown in the detail.

Super Versatile Stuff
I am a dungeon master and Gundam model kit builder and I use blue stuff for both. I've duplicated parts to use on multiple models and duplicated miniatures for D&D. It is flexible enough to create details down to the smallest texture. My wife is a nurse and can't wear her wedding band at work, so I made a mold using blue stuff and made her a silicone version and she loves it! Blue stuff doesn't stick to anything, it didn't pull the diamonds from their settings or anything. No release agent required. At work I design retail marketing collateral and I use blue stuff to make prototypes for cool new products. You'd be surprised how many uses you can come up with for a reusable mold. My only advice is to grab some basic modeling tools and a good nail file to smooth out the edges of your finished models.
