man it's been years since me and my friends would sit up sometimes to the next morning competing intensely over this great classic baseball game.. bases loaded (the original) tothis day still holds it own with it's game play even compared to today's ps4 and xbox1 baseball games. I recommend this to anyone who loves classic nes sports games. at 37 in 2016, I can't seem to put the controller down for hours.

bases loaded
Bases loaded was the first decent baseball game for the origional nintendo. Graphics are not bad and game is easy to pick up and play. the only shortcoming is that the Dc team is way overpowered. This is definately a title that should be in your collection. the only other better games are Tecmo baseball or the Baseball stars games. Here are a couple game hints: Type in jaeleco as your password to go right to the championship game. When pitching, just hold the down button on the control pad to throw a real slow pitch, the computer will swing and miss every time when you pitcher gets "tired". this is usually the third inning or so. One of the best NES Baseball games
Bases Loaded brings back fond memories of my younger years. I would play my friends, my brother, & have a blast. My copy had a few glitches. Sometimes, you could hear the computer yell, "You Bum!". The umpire would give the pitcher the middle finger. I'm not kidding, it's all true. A must for all retro gaming fans.
