All looks new except for some slight wear/fading of the silver around the camera lens, but only noticeable if staring at it. All functions have been tested and seem to be working properly thus far. My only "small" complaint is that the battery health is 84% to be sold as excellent, but it serves its purpose as a backup phone. I would also say the price was fair for the phone as well. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The phone quality is indeed excellent condition. For physical appearance there are a few small scratches on the back and side but you can’t see it when you put a case on. That’s to be expected anyway. It was shipped quickly and packed securely. Great price and value for a great phone. The battery is at 85%. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Though the product title says excellent, I would rate the visual appearance of the device close to a "good". The device functions perfectly, but there are multiple visible marks, including on the screen edges, aluminum around the camera lenses, charging port, and sides of the device. It's not as pretty as I'd like, but I'll be putting a case on it anyway, so no harm done.

The communication I received from the seller was professional and quick. My iPhone arrived looking brand new! There were no marks on it at all! It was sold in excellent condition and refurbished. The value for what I paid seemed very fair. I would recommend this seller for items they are selling. The only thing I would change, is to have an option to either sign for it on delivery or to change delivery address.
