Shipping was fine, the item box was packed well. Didn't get tracking info until five days later but that's expected for the estimated delivery dates on the listing. The flosser came open box but it looks like all the contents inside were new. Everything was still in the original plastic wrapping. The flosser works, the price for it was cheaper than other stores. Overall happy with the purchase.

Matrx Amplify Shampoo Delivers Volume
After trying all kinds of salon shampoos that promised to give my hair maximum volume, I finally found that Matrix Amplify shampoo was the only one that deliveired what it promised. When my hair started thinning after a long illness I thought my hair would never have the thickness & body it once did. Excellent shampoo for any type of hair.
My brother-in-law always uses it when he and my sister visit and he likes it so much I got the 2 pack so I could give him one. He has short hair and is very meticulous about his personal appearance so I was impressed by his favorable comment. I have been using the Matrix Amplify shampoo for a few years now and like the way my fine, straight hair looks after shampooing and it smalls nice too. I do use mousse as well for styling.
