I was a bit worried when opening the package -- while my card was undamaged, it could easily have been curved or bent, accidentally or otherwise. I've sent and received cards in fully-rigid top loaders as a standard, even when they're only worth a few bucks, so that would have been preferred for a card of this value. I’ve been using this packaging method for nearly 1,000 orders without issue — penny sleeve, semi-rigid holder (widely preferred by grading professionals), sealed in a team bag, protected in a bubble wrap pouch, and shipped in a bubble mailer. It’s a method that’s proven safe and effective, even for high-value cards.
