Once the package was returned, he totally ghosted me—no replies, no refund, and no acknowledgment of the return. I had to reach out to eBay customer service to help out. Terrible experience from start to finish. The perfume was definitely not the same product we shipped. As per eBay policy, we cannot issue refunds for items that are obviously damaged or tampered with.
