Seller sent the wrong item then told me I was wrong (in the original listing you can see the item he sent me instead of what was advertised) but he maintains it's the same and that he's spent time working for Excel in Hawaii.. Simple bait and switch, seller is a kook and should be ashamed of himself. Would have offered to buy this at a very discounted price had he not gone on the defensive.

When I stated that a deal was already made and I had paid… and recommended that the seller should honor the price and shipping that was established in the listing, they decided not to ship the item and not stopped responding altogether! Not a word. Had to get eBay customer service involved to get my refund as the seller just decided to hang on to it. In short, wanted to triple shipping. Refused to communicate. Then didn’t issue refund!
