Due to incompetence from USPS, the package was never delivered and it ended up going around the world for a month. Throughout this time, Matthias and I stayed in close communication, trying to figure things out, and neither of us got frustrated. The item eventually found its way back to the warehouse, and I received a refund. I would absolutely buy from Matthias and his shop anytime
