I sent a message to the seller about it. I was told it's not his problem. Talk to the post office. Just a very rude person. My package ended up going to Puerto Rico before it got straightened out. I know the mail screw up was out of the seller's control, but the way he handled it was not right. I was the one to straighten it out with the PO. Almost didn't purchase because of the open box, but the seller did a good job of describing the item. In addition, whoever packed this needs a 5 star too. It was in a box, in a plastic bag, and in a 2nd, box sealed completely with tape. Seller is doing a great job of listing the item and in packing it for security and damage. Very Pleased with this purchase.
