Read the book
I read the book and wanted to see how it was as a movie. I liked how her innocence and love changed him into the loving man he turned out to be by the end of the trilogy..

Come on people, it's 50 shades
If you never read the books something lacks in you so don't bother you won't appreciate the movie. The books are my favorite books and I read hundreds a year. Therefore the movie was just icing on the huge chocolate cake that the books are. While I too was angry Jamie Dornan was chosen as Christian, I totally agree he was perfect. They had to have someone most of the world didn't know. Had they cast like, Christian Bale who I wanted, he wouldn't be Christian Grey he'd be Bale playing Grey. I loved this movie as I love the books and I watch it like every 4-5 days. If the writer didn't have Dakota Johnson in mind for Ana when she wrote the book, it sure looks like she did. She is the exact, totally exact the look and beauty and innocence Ana has. I pictured her while reading and what a ... Great movie!
The movie itself is great! Most people think it's all about sex but there is also a relationship brewing. The characters are torn between what is right to them (as to how to live and love) and what they are each feeling. It's a great struggle to see humans fight against themselves and how they exert their final decisions. It is a steamy movie. HOWEVER this disc was horrible. It was in Portuguese as the standard language and it was hard to maneuver around because of this. The owner should have stated that it was not in English. The movie itself is great! Almost everything.
It was the best value available. I enjoyed the bonuses, but had hoped when I ordered the bonus would also include the alternate ending. No biggie however as when I did find the alternate ending, I wasn't that impressed.

Fifty shades
I bought this for my wife and her girlfriends and got drug into watching it with her. What can I say, I felt like I had video taped. Nothing new to me. Sure got her excited though.
