DmC Devil May Cry is set in the city of Limbo, where players can once again dispatch demons through a mix of explosive shooting and visceral hack-and-slash combat. As the spawn of an angel and a demon, Dante is also in a state of limbo, and gamers can modify attacks at any time by engaging his special angelic or demonic abilities.<br><br>Developed by Ninja Theory (Heavenly Sword, Enslaved), DmC was designed to offer higher production values and a more involved narrative than previous entries, while still retaining the series' signature style and frenetic action. Players will learn more about the history of Dante, interact with familiar characters like Vergil and Mundus, and engage in classic combat that earns souls for use in upgrading health, items, and skills, and gives bonuses for particularly stylish combos.<br><br>This definitive edition updates the game for PS4, offering improved graphics and frame rate, and all previously released DLC. This version also offers a new Bloody Palace mode in which players take control of Vergil, as well as new Turbo, Hardcore, and Must Style modes, and a Gods Must Die difficulty level.

    Fan of the Series

    I am a fan of the series since the beginning and considering this played a bit more fluidly compared to past incarnations I loved it. I had it for ps3 but ended up trading for a ps4 so obviously wasn't looking forward to spending the full amount on the game all over again, so finding a decent price on ebay was a relief. It has some similarities as the original ps2 series but plays much smoother

    Great DMC

    Not as deep as the original games, especially the 3rd one. But the art, the levels, the bosses, the challenges it gives you. All around a awesome game, I hope they make a second one. Both DMC games can exist. I mean this must have been pretty well on the PS3 if they made this for the PS4.

    Unique game

    There is a lot to do. The story is good. Combat is more complex than other games in series. There is loads of jumping, platforming. Worth playing.

    Very great

    It’s a great looking game and has good controls. The game was smudged and the disk was wobbling in the box but it didn’t affect it in any way. I recommend

    Fraudulent

    I'm very disappointed..I bought this game under the pretense it was new..upon receiving the game I noticed there was no dlc included as featured on the game "all original doc included"
