The only annoying thing is I had to physically go to post office to pick up item as not enough postage was paid from seller . Item was packaged in priority box but only ground shipping postage was paid. I paid the difference and the seller reimbursed me the amount without hesitation. Much appreciated. I received 2 notices (from different companies) earlier that day that 2 packages where going to be delivered. As neither one of them was at my front door, I knew that both had been placed in my mailbox. I was already upset thinking that my ink cartridges were going to be damaged. My ink cartridges were well packaged and not damaged. While I have not used the ink cartridges yet, I am confident that I will have no issue with them. Price is very competitive.
