As it was described, the price was great, but the only thing that wasn’t good about it was the packaging. It came in a box. Nothing surround the book bag no bubble wrap plastic bag. The box was damaged. It looked like it had been used before. It had been opened then re-taped not saying the damage of the box was your fault but at least you could’ve put it in some kind of packaging. I’m glad the item was not damaged. 4⭐️s

The damage happened during shipping as the packaging was perfect . As the seller mentioned he cannot control how packages are handled during shipment and this is correct . After correspondence back-and-forth, the seller came to a resolution that was suitable or shall I say more than suitable as they went far above to satisfy the buyer.
