I bought it as seen, as untested, with a knob missing, all of this was explained in the ad, and it is exactly as described. I went in with the expectation that it probably doesn't work, and it doesn't, but it gives me a project. The seller dispatched it immediately, and I am very happy with the overall transaction. Top eBayer, highly recommend++
