But it is now 10 days after the last day of that delivery range. Is it lost? It apparently cleared Chicago 8 days ago and the package is apparently not moving. I really need these blinds. What is going on?? Can't rate the product because I don't have it yet.

My negative is that it says Tracked 48 hour so we expected a quick dispatch but after not getting any communication from them I emailed and got a reply stating that it would arrive within the time frame which it did via Fedex but I wasn’t able to track. So you will get the item but not as quick as most eBay sellers these days
