The merchant was very good because they always (and promptly) returned my correspondence. Since the package was lost there wasn't much information that could be shared with me. Here's how I got the 4 star rating. 1 - shipped the product with 3 days as advertised 2 - notified me that the package was transferred to the shipping company 3 - kept me up-to-date as much a possible in tracking down the lost package 4 - Good company dealing with bad shipping.Side Case Frames GIVI V35 And V37 For Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE / SE 2023 (#375968036007)
