CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESS:
• We only ship items to the address received on eBay receipt. So please carefully check your address on checkout page and ensure you supply correct and complete shipping address.
We do not hold responsibility of loose of any item if incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
• All payments for goods or services shall be made by the Customer to the Company at the time of placing the order by Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, eBay Payment, Cheque and Bank Draft.
• We understand that from time to time you may change your mind and need to return a product, so we’ve got you covered with a free and easy returns service.
• All unwanted/unsuitable purchases must be reported to us within 30 days of receiving it, we accept returns of all products sold on our shop subject to acceptance of returns policy.
• Any change of mind return items must be sealed and in its original sealed packaging or we may reject to accept it back.
• All returned item must be in unused and unopened Beautytrack retail packaging. If the product is not received in its original condition we will be unable to refund for it and buyer will pay the return postage.
• Any physical damage to the item due to user negligence will not be covered under warranty.
• We do require the item to be returned complete, including all accessories. If the item is a bundle made up of multiple different components, all individual components must be returned.
• Any fragile items must be sent back in proper packaging covered with sufficient protections otherwise it may get damaged on its way back to us and we can’t be liable for any such damage.
• Return postage will be on buyer’s responsibility.
• Actual value of the item will be refunded less the postage & packaging charge cost us to send the parcel.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify BeautyTrack and return any goods supplied to us in accordance with the procedure outlined below.
The fastest way to notify BeautyTrack is to:
1. Go to Purchase history and find the order you want to cancel.
2. Select the More actions dropdown and select Contact seller.
3. Choose Request to cancel this order, then Contact the seller.
4. Explain why you need to cancel, and select Send
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
• Your right to cancel your order before shipment
• We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time and this means there is only a small window to cancel your order before it ships. Although we will try our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order in time.
• Prior to delivery, you have the right to cancel your order. Click here for details on the eBay process, which is the fastest way to process your request.
• The Company will use all reasonable endeavors to meet Customers' individual requirements but the Company shall be under no obligation to accept cancellation or other amendment to any order or any part of an Order once accepted by the Company. Where such cancellation or amendment to an Order is agreed by the Company, it is on the understanding that a reasonable cancellation or amendment charge may be levied at the Company's sole discretion.
• The Company will not be liable to the Customer for any failure or delay in delivery of the goods if it is due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company. The Company will be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations and shall not be liable for any loss or damage occasioned to the Customer thereby.
WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVE:
In the unlikely event there’s been a problem with you order, we want to fix it fast. If it’s regarding wrong order or missing items, where possible please let us know within 48 hours of order received.
• If you wish to return any faulty/damaged item, please contact us using eBay “Contact Us” utility and include as much information as possible. Please do not return anything until we authorize the return, as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request.
• Any damaged item in the post must be reported within 48 hours of order received.
• Any non-receipt item must be reported to us within reasonable timeframe i.e. 10days from the date order placed. Any claim after this period may be rejected.

BeautyTrack Ltd is committed to providing great value on the entire range of products we sell. Our Price Beat Promise means that if you find an equivalent product for sale elsewhere for a lower price (subject to the conditions below), and then we will beat that price.
a. The product must be new and the same make, model and specification.
b. The product must be for sale within the UK.
c. Products advertised on auction websites or classified advertisements are excluded from the Promise.
d. The product must be available for delivery in the same timescale as from BeautyTrack Ltd.
e. We require evidence of the lower price (this may be a website address, flyer, catalogue or advertisement).
f. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw the Price Beat Promise at any time.
