It arrived over a week late and outer packaging was mangled....now on to the good review....seller was very receptive and responsive to communication and packaged the item so well that even USPS could not damage it! Item is as described and I am very happy to add it to my hand tool only woodshop. 5 star rating because I don't want this seller impacted by USPS poor performance!
