Received USPS tracking number and notification that a shipping label had supposedly been created on 12/27/2024. Sometime after that my hat disappeared into the netherworld of the lost holiday season parcel ozone or something to that effect anyway aka I never received it which was extremely disappointing but the seller did issue me a full refund so my overall experience with this whole trip was neutral. Maybe I'll have better luck ordering on Amazon?
