Other chargers were oval that took the batteries upright. Their usb port always failed. This one looks more robust and allows for either Micro USB or USB-C with the latter for faster charging times

Terry was quick to reply to my emails and was super kind with their customer service! Will definitely be buying from here again!

I had the battery long enough that the return period exceeded the due. I wrote to Terry, explained what was happening & included photos of the battery status. Thankfully, I was issued a replacement promptly and was really satisfied with the response, service, and going beyond what was written in black and white. Definitely will make my way back to Blue Nook. Thank you! - Irwin
