This personal exercise program with workouts from Electronic Arts (EA) Sports tracks your progress as you begin the 30-day fitness challenge. It also tailors the workout to fit your level of fitness by combining nutrition and lifestyle guidance with cardio exercised for the upper and lower body. Professional feedback throughout the training games lets you know if you are on track to reach your fitness goals. Progress through the variety of workout circuits by inserting the included nunchuk into the leg strap and then holding the Wii Remote in your hand in order to track your body movements for a convenient way to work out in your own home.     Controller came on time and packed well enough, but didn't come in excepted condition. There was a rattling and broken pieces inside. Seller was understanding of the situation and quick with the replies. Got a partial refund as half of the controller worked for me.

    Good program for building strength.

    It is a good training tool. I’m 68 years old and trying to build and maintain upper body strength. The trainer is pleasantly ruthless.

    PERSONAL TRAINER AND LEG STRAP

    I LIKE HAVING A PERSONAL TRAINER RIGHT HERE AT HOME...NICE WORKOUTS AT MY OWN PACE AND THE LEG STRAP THAT HOLDS THE REMOTE MAKES MOVEMENT MUCH EASIER...PICKS UP ALL MOVEMENTS WRONG AND RIGHT AND GIVES CORRECTION WHEN NECESSARY. I RECOMMEND IT ALSO FOR ITS VALUE PRICE.
