Lidia's Family Table
Just got this book, it is full of wonderful, not too difficult recipes. Also it contains many tips, success secrets and advice from Lidia Bastianich which will help the experienced or the inexperienced cook create truly great food. Very easy to follow and understand. I have cooked from other books by Lidia Bastianich, and even though I am a totally self-taught cook, every thing I have ever made from her books has been simply great. Can't wait to cook from this book. Also, I love the pictures and notes about her family. Warm and charming . Highly recommend this book.

lidia's family table
I bought the book about two weeks ago.This hardcover 400 page plus book is full of color photgraphs and illustrations on how to create meals for either family or company. Not only does it contain hundreds of recipes with easy step by step instructions, it also includes how to buy the freshest produce and cuts of meat, a whole section on herbs and how to grow them. I have since started to grow my own. This excellent book sits on my coffee table as part of the decor and for guests to browse through when they come over. I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend this book.

Lidia's Family Table - Recipe Book
This is just a fabulous recipe book. If you love Italian cooking, then you will love this book. The recipes are easy to read and follow. It takes basic everyday items the average person can buy in a store and makes terrific family style dinners. I actually bought this book as a gift for someone who is a great cook in her own right.
