However, as you can see from the photos, it arrived broken. It was delivered when I was out and my wife left the parcel on the hall floor but when I picked it up I immediately heard the rattle of broken pieces of horse. The scooter was well described and there was even a double check that I understood the fault that had been described well in the listing. Great value as my in laws needed a mobility scooter, so the availability and timing worked perfectly for me. Postage was efficient and packaging was amazing. So thoroughly packaged with appropriate packing and protection. The seller went out of their way to ensure the product arrived safely all the way to Scotland!! The item was just as described in a fabulous condition. The price was fair and I am so very pleased with my purchase. I wish them well in their fund raising for their hospice . Thank you.Nice MELE!!
