I've ordered multiple times from this seller before and every time the experience has been flawless, so I believe this was just an unfortunate incident during transit. Communication was smooth and professional as always, and shipping was fast. Still a great value for the price. Overall, a reliable and trusted seller — highly recommended, and I will definitely buy again.
