I declined his offer since the only damage was to the packaging. I was very happy with this knife although, through my own error, it was not exactly the model I thought I was buying. Although the mistake was mine, he offered a refund for the third time. I liked the knife and declined again. In fact, he had the knife I originally wanted so I purchased it from him as well! A+++++
