- o***o (1791)- Évaluation laissée par l'acheteur.Il y a plus d'un anAchat vérifiéItems arrived on time and as described, except the metal on the bottle grip is a bit sharp on the edges and could have done with being smoothed over in manufacture. Also, the springiness is a bit weak but should hold the bottles upright. This weak springiness means it will take slightly larger bottles (but I guess that when this is the case, you may well have to manually squeeze the ends together for smaller bottles).

Contacted seller and was asked to return them for a full refund. Packing was non existent (just a bit of tape wrapped around the loo rolls) package damaged, torn and product damaged. I left positive feedback as seller sent return postage label instantly so issue resolved in terms of accepting the product back and admitting that not all of the order was sent out.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and apologetic but I was waiting for the package for over a week. Impressed with the sender but not the delivery service.
