The description, photos, and video portrayed the clock accurately. Denny was quick to answer questions. I purchased late at night and Denny shipped out early the next morning! The packaging was spectacular! double boxed with generous space between boxes packed for foam pieces between. The clock was double bubble wrapped inside the inner box.
