Even though pkg arrived in adequate shape, you never know the condition the recipient will receive it once it has gone through postal system. Item condition is exactly as described. Unfortunately they have to use DHL Global Packaging Services who couldn't deliver a package quickly if they knew it was going to blow up. Package picked up 7 days ago, for what w/b a 1 hr 45 min drive to Seller. Oh well. The 3 for shipping isn't on DeCluttr. Item described, great price, packed well,no damage in transit,w/Free Shipping!     Calorie-busting workout!

    I bought this DVD after becoming a fan of Janis Saffell's workouts through another DVD (Quick Fix Cardio Kick). It met my expectations in every way: her cuing is perfect, the music is modern and motivating, and her style is friendly without all the unnecessary chatter of other trainers. Janis Saffell is not at all obnoxious and is always giving useful pointers while performing the moves. The workout lasts about 60 minutes and is divided into 5 sections: warm-up, kickbox aerobics which burns a lot of calories, target drills to work on perfecting those kicks and punches, kickbox sculpt which is a toning section, and a Tai Chi stretch to finish off. The workout can be done with or without hand weights, and there are instructions for beginners who wish to build up their skills gradually. You ...

    Strike Zone

    I love kickboxing, so I added this dvd to my collection. The first part of this workout requires coordination, which I don't have any, so that makes it a little hard to follow for me. I think after I try it a few more times I will get better. The second part (the paddle section) of the video is easy to follow and a great workout. Janice is a great instructor and I would recommend this video to anyone with coordination, or at least a willingness to try.

    excellent workout

    I bought it based upon the good reviews I read, and it is excellent. Good instructor, very motivating. Definitely gives you a good workout.

    Janis Saffell - Kickbox Strike Zone (2005, DVD)

    Definately not a Tae Boe Billy Blanks DVD! Didn't break a sweat with this one but not entirely boring. Not one of my favorites; will probably look to sell this one.
