Unfortunately, there is a gap of space on the edges and in the depth of the case when I put my card in it and I’m not sure why. Maybe I ordered the wrong size but I’m certain that this is the right one. Even so, that wouldn’t explain the gap in the depth of the case. Sizes are clearly listed in the item description with dimensions. So, I would assume you didn't measure your card or look at the dimensions listed in the item's description. There is also an ask questions button you can push as well so we can help you which was not pushed as well? There are hundreds of different size cards so we would need to know what your card size is to get you to the correct case.
