The items were very well packaged. They offered me to keep the broken ones and refunded me 50%. I did expect 100% refund but since these were for my soon to be ex -wife , I was happy to get any money back and her gift to match our marriage. So in all the seller was fair and I didn't counter offer or ask for 100% refund.
