Having spoken to them regarding price as I thought VAT was included in the price they replied 'this is the price'. Delivery was good, well packaged etc but I dont plan on using these guys again as don't find them particularly competitive. Contacted seller to explain and they messaged me straight back saying they would send a replacement out in the post, which arrived the next day. Can’t ask for better than. Quality item as described.
