Only thing came missing 2 parts as other reviews mentioned . I asked and they were able to offer sending one part while the other one is not available.

The cosmetic condition is very bad (heavily used with scratches all over remote and bottom of fan. Packaging was also horrible with barely any protection / seal (They ship directly with the refurbished dyson brown box) with just three pieces of tape sealing the box. Overall I am very disappointed in Dyson's refurbished outlet on eBay. Wand clip is out of stock but they will notify me when it returns. Vacuum looks brand new and works flawlessly.
