A little bit of scuff marks on the surface, but in great condition overall for a refurb model. Works perfectly as a backup power source for my sump pump.
It wasn't clear in the description, but it can connect to home Wi-Fi, so you can see its status using the app even outside Bluetooth range.

Excellent unit. Like new condition. Charging and power great on every setting. Tested solar charging with a 3rd party 100 watt panel and mc4 to XT60i cable (9:30 am, March, mountains of BC, far from optimal) up to 87 watts input. Good mppt controller in there! Very fast AC charging (can slow it down in the app to save the battery life over time). Registered it with ecoflow so will have full warranty coverage. Very responsive seller, fast reply to any questions and concerns. A++

Seller shippped item fast and arrived in like new condition. As soon as it arrived I put it to the test running a portable fridge freezer combo which it ran for almost 2 days at 32F/0F in eco mode. 4 hours short of completing day 2, a snowstorm knocked our power out at 4am for 42hrs. I also bought it as a backup power source for my modem and wifi so I charged it back up with a gas generator and it ran comms @20w until 12am that day when I turned it off. The next day rinse and repeat. A+

Item shipped fast and received in original packaging as new exactly as described. Unfortunately within hours of ordering I realized I bought the wrong unit for my needs and and tried to cancel the order the next day but by then it already shipped. I contacted the seller and made arrangements to return it and was was fully refunded within a day of the return. I ended up buying the unit I needed from the same seller because they made the return experience hassle free despite my mistake. A+
